Party and protest against sweatshops this Saturday

oxford no sweat | 29.10.2003 11:26 | Social Struggles | Oxford

Workers in a Mexican sweatshop supplying Levis and Tommy Hilfiger face starvation
after 7 were sacked (and 200 more threatened with it) for daring to form a union.

The sacked workers have been blacklisted by other employers, making it virtually
impossible to get another job.

To mark the Mexican Day of the Dead, a day of protest and party against sweatshops!

Levi's store, Queen Street, Oxford.
