Thousands protest against Top Up Fees

After my previous attempt at a full blown article (which didn't work, it seems), I haven't the time to write a full report, so here's a few things which weren't mentioned by the BBC.
There was a sit down protest, upto 500 students, mainly SWSS were involved. It lasted only a short while, due to various factors. More planning required next time, guys, though picking the spot in Whitehall was very good. Perhaps NUS could pre empt this next time, so SWSS don't get all the photo ops!
It seemed that CPGB were having the day off, but Socialist Worker and The Socialist did battle for the most noisey paper seller of the day award, with SW coming out on top as a team, but at least one The Socialist seller managing put in a good showing, yelling at protesters in an SWP fashion.
