Many video collectives sprang up in the wake of the Argentinian
crisis in 2001 intent on documenting the struggle to build a new
society. This programme is a selection of some of the best videos
produced over the last two years by collectives Intergalaktica,
Argentina Arde, Argentina Indymedia, Grupo de Boedo and Grupo Venteveo.
They range from analysis of the effects of capitalist globalisation
on Argentina, to frontline reports on the demonstrations, confrontations
and collective projects that are changing the face of Argentinian life.
