The talk is on the idea of an "American empire" obviously as a US diplomat the guy will be proposing a pro-neoliberalist, anti-poor kind of view. Anyway as he will be answering question i think this is an opportunity to really put someone quite "high up" on the spot and to make them justify their naked self interest and stupid foreign policy.
