According to all indications, in the recent bombing of Syria, the target was not a terrorist base but a refugee camp! The territorial sovereignty of a country cannot be violated under any pretext. The action by the Israelis was nothing short of an act of war and should be treated as such.

This is not the first time Israel has acted in the manner of a regional bully. What seems to have emboldened them is the fact that the country has been allowed to literally get away with murder and state terrorism. The idea that the United States is capable of taking action to restrain Israel is a joke. The tail does not wag the dog. What is clear is that the Israelis are indulging in this sort of aggression in order to provoke conflict with neighbours.

They have flouted one UN resolution after the other. At the helm of affairs in Israel is Ariel Sharon, whose track record is that of a warmonger. He should actually be standing in front of a war crime tribunal for his role in the massacre in Palestinian refugees camps in Lebanon. Instead he is directing armed incursions inside neighbouring countries, apparently with the blessing of boy George in Washington. Obviously these incursions are part of a deep-rooted conspiracy of the Israelis to destabilise the region and reap the benefits. If any country can be termed a rogue state, it is Israel
