Bullying Employers

The absence of rights at work. How unions help our rulers and a request for Mr Blair to go.

Ref Work Bullying
I read an account of a industrial tribunal which made me sad.The applicants fortunately won a payout of several thousand. But the reality is much worse. The averase pay out at tribunals is under £1,500.Even where decisions are made in the applicants favour. The applicant may have to go to the county court for payment. The difficulties of bringing cases and associated threats that may go with it.Nor indeed is the worker safe in a unionised environment as the individuals and organisations are sowen up by the employer. The rising levels of death, suicide, mental illness and stress would be familar to the victorians.Perhaps we could have more discussion on this.

The root cause lies with the links between the unions and the labour party.Employers have their organisations to persue their interests so why not working people.Yet a knighthood and beer in no 10 seems the goal of most if not all our trade union leaders.Under the guise of advancing womens rights their working lifes have been increased. This has been carried out with attacks on the unemployed, the disabled, benefits systems. The most recent scam giving away sections of the NHS.We need a different way of doing things and in the meantime Mr Blair should go.
