PHONEY IS A LIAR AND A COWARD.

Phoney is trying to hide behind Red Scarlett and Spin Ali.
He falsified the September Dossier by omission.
His e/mail instruction to Red Scarlett (through Powell) to delete the information that Saddam was prepared to use CBW (WMD) if attacked, is a clear and blatant attempt to mislead Parliament and the Public into going to war.
Phoney's attempt to mislead Parliament and the People was successful and led us into the "lawless use of force" in Iraq.
Regardless of the cover-up at Hutton,on this point, it must be answered in Parliament.
Phoney must explain why he misled us.
The phrase "including against his own Shia population" was substituted for the deleted intelligence.
This phrase popped up again in the 45 minute lie.
It indicates that the 45 minute lie was a Phoney fabrication and not "recent intelligence" as stated by Red Scarlett.
We need a Judicial Inquiry into the full matter.
Hutton's quick look at the overall picture is inadequate.
Hutton did not have the time or powers to look at it properly.
The British People deserve a full inquiry, not least to protect our troops in future conflicts.
