Just released, three days old. Seven copies of a fax send by the US to the EU. Obtained by netkwesties, Dutch e-zine about issues on the internet.
According to the US, the EU directives are not going far enough. They say that they are not in line with guidelines of the WTO and WIPO, so implicitly they are threatening with legal cases already. On the 22nd of September the votes will be on in Parliament, latest reports say.
What is this all about?
