Working in the arbouthorne area I have become shocked by the reports from at least 3 people (unconnected) about arbourthorne pond. This is a green space used for fishing, walking dogs, socialising and playing. The area is full of litter and renouned for rats.In the last month, there have been incidents of residents being bitten by an insect and developing reactions/infections requiring medical intervention. Residents concerns have been reported to the council, they respond stating they `willbe cleaning the area....` but when?
