The awards are to recognise those who have made a valuable contribution to society or an improvement in the service? Yet for some reason you are chosing to make these people villains.

So here is the question. Who will you call if your girlfriend or mum or wife gets raped, who will you turn to or call if your partner gets murdered. Who will you expect to catch the bad guy who did all this to you?
