DLR trains aren't running through to Excel this morning

DLR trains are not running on the westferry-beckton line. DSEI delegates are being instructed to get the DLR to canary wharf, then the jubilee line to canning town, then a bus to the Excel centre.

set off fire alarms on the tube stations (brake glass and push the button) and on the trains (pull emergency handle)
