A report confirms: An activist is D-locked to a DLR train just outside Poplar, direction Beckton. (S)he cannot be seen from inside the train. An Indymedia video crew is in the area.

Second DLR train stopped

Two different DLR trains were stopped this morning at around 9.45am. One train between Westferry and Poplar, and a second in the station at East India. Both trains were stopped by people d-locking themselves to the front of the trains. The activists involved have both been arrested and taken to Charing Cross station.

Third train stopped

Just heard that a third train has been stopped at Blackwell station. Three protestors are currently locked onto the roof of the train. A witness said the train was almost exclusively filled with delegates to DSEi.
