If you are going to be making video at the DSEI actions over the next week there will be a series of informal meetings during and after the main days of action where you can exchange footage, share information and make plans for covering future days and actions.

Coordination Meetings

The first meeting will be on Tuesday at 6pm at the IMC access point: St. Anne's Church Hall, Berwick Rd. E16 (Prince Regent DLR station).

The second meeting will be on Wednesday at 8pm also at the IMC access point.

Exchanging Footage

There will also be a meeting at 11pm on Thurdsay morning to exchange footage and plan what people might do with their material (ie. if a longer collaborative project on DSEI might or might not be worthwhile).

The meeting will be at London Action Resource Centre, 62 Fieldgate St., E1 near Whitechapel Station.

Editing

There will be two dedicated editing setups at the IMC access point on tuesday and wednesday between 9am and 6pm.where you can edit small clips for the web or other urgencies.

In the evenings the editing stations will be moved to another space where we have a third editing setup.

If you want to edit in the evenings or want a space to edit (if you have a portable setup for instance) come to the meetings tue and wed at the access points.
