Surprising Lack Of Problems For Peace Activists At Ben Gurion Airport

Despite being forwarned by a BBC News online report  http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/mid/3199209.stm
Israeli security services did not intercept
Undod Palesteina~International Solidarity Movement volunteers Suzanne and Alex
who travelled to Palestine yesterday from Aberystwyth to take part in ISM's non-violent direct actions against The Israeli occupation

The reasons for this lack of an expected obstacle are unclear but are generally
assumed to be the result of a failure in Israeli security practice.

Meanwhile- as expected- threats ('we know where you live') against Alex and Suzanne have been published by anonymous supporters of the Israeli occupation on indymedia UK but have already been removed by Indymedia UK moderators since this is against the rules.

ENDS.

And while I remember - it's Susanne without a 'z'. Nice to hear they had an unusually easy passage through Ben Gurion Airport - considering.
