Phoney ordered Red Scarlett to say that Dr. Kelly did not understand the intelligence report on the 45 minute lie.
This smear, on top of Tom Kelly's "Walter Mitty" smear is a disgrace.

The problem is that Dr. Kelly understood the intelligence far too well.
He knew it was wrong.
Worse still. He knew the 45 minute lie was fabricated by Spin Ali and bank robber Chalabi on Phoney's orders.
This is why the Government was so hysterical about it.
Phoney was minutely involved in fabricating the 45 minute lie and in harrassing Dr. Kelly to death.
phoney knew they would be caught out so he arranged for Buff Hoon to take the fall.
Liars are always hysterical.
The bodyguard of liars (Spin, Red, Omand & Manning) that Phoney has sent to Hutton will not help.
The missing documents in Downing Street and Straw's office will be revealed.
Word has it that an application is to be made to the High Court to have these documents discovered.
Straw should be summoned to appear before Hutton now.
The sooner we get rid of this lot, the better.
There are decent people like Brown ready to take over.
In fact, it was Brown's exclusion that led this Government into such infamy.
To top it all, Phoney has ordered that the bodies of our dead soldiers should not be returned to their families until he has finished at the Hutton Inquiry.
