New article on the ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross) website expresses concerns.

The ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross) has a policy of being non-judgemental. The rules that they have on confidentiality don't allow them to discuss any concerns to anyone other than the authorities concerned (the United States). Despite the confidentiality they are now expressing concerns over the legal status of the suspects. They also report deteriorating psychological health of a large number of the internees. They also state the ICRC does not consider Guantanamo Bay to be a suitable place to detain juveniles.
