Two of the activists carrying disarmament tools arrested by armed Ghurkas inside USAF Fairford during the war, will appear in Cheltenham Court this week.
Joss Garman, 18 (a Trident Ploughshares activist) and Sam Grafton, 22, who were arrested near to Gate 15 inside the base on March 26th, are charged with Criminal Damage, Aggravated Trespass and Going Equipped to cause Criminal Damage.
The pair who were expected to go to court in February and get up to 6 months in prison, are expected to be 'bound over to keep the peace,' and to accordingly have their charges withdrawn.
