It's been a month since the security patch was released, you should have done something about it by now. It also travels across the internet on rpc, which you should have either turned off of firewalled anyway.
Yes I agree that Microsoft originally wrote some bad code, but they've released patches - it's now your fault if you get infected, not Microsoft's.
