DHKC (Revolutionary People's Liberation Front) claims responsibility for bomb attacks on premises of the current governing party and the military in Turkey.
The sacrificial units of DHKC on the attack
This morning, August 10, 2003, a bomb attack was launched against the Istanbul office of the AKP government.
Immediately after this action another bomb attack took place at official residences of the military in Istanbul.
These actions were claimed by the sacrificial units of DHKC
During the phone call to announce the action the fighter said: “In a country, in whose prisons 107 people have lost their lives, in which hunger and poverty in on the increase, we placed bombs at the party building of the AKP in Istanbul as well as at the official residences of the officers who committed the massacre of December 19 (on December 19, 2000 the Turkish state committed a massacre in the prisons and killed 28 prisoners), in order to protest against the pomp and splendour of Recep Tayyip Erdogan's wedding (in a country dominated by poverty Prime Minister Erdogan arranges a wedding for his son with 10,000 guests attending)
We’ll not allow such flaunting of wealth in our country where isolation and oppression still go on, and we are continuing to demand a reckoning from the murderers.
