I have invented a new form of air-conditioning that is cheap and reliable, without any danger of legionnaire's disease. You place a bottle (a 1.5 or two litre bottle will do) of frozen water (technically known as "ice") in front of your fan, which should be set on high. Put a towel under the bottle to prevent spillage and shut your doors and windows. Set back and let the refreshing breeze cool your temper. I believe this is the key to world peace. This system is presently being marketed to world leaders at a cost of 1.45 million US dollars per cooling unit. This is to cover the cost of research and development. Hopefully, some time in the distant future, the cost will be brought down and everyone will feel the benefit of chilled air, from Zimbabwe to Greenland.
