Omand of Downing Street has ordered Hutcon not to look into the 45 minute lie.

Omand has also told Hutcon not to bother with the fact that The MOD were caught destroying a bag full of evidence.

The civil police who handed the bag back to The MOD were ordered by Omand to destroy their notes on the bag.
