In Chechnya a State TV and Radio worker has been kidnapped. A representative of the Ministry of the Interior said to RIA News: "At 4am- unidentified people broke into house number 5 on Vyborg St, threatening the residents with guns, dragged 28 yesr old Isa Abaev from the house and departed in a unknown direction" Currently a search is underway, but no criminal proceedings have been begun.
