US PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE 3 Oct 2000
The first presidential debate will take place at UMASS Boston on Tuesday, October 3. You won't be allowed inside. Neither will all but the two corporate candidates and their wealthy supporters, and the narrow views they represent. We think that's wrong and we're doing something about it. Join us on October 3 to demand a real, open debate. Join us to demonstrate for social justice and for issues that affect ordinary people, like health care, housing, education, economic inequality, and the growth of prisons and police brutality. Join us to stand up for people and communities.
