Spin ali has misled the FA Committee by sending them an incomplete letter.

He left out his and Paul Hamill's actions before 9th. September.

Both were involved in drafting the first draft of the dossier with Scarlett long before the 9th. September.

Scarlett gave Spin's letter his full approval but that does not tell the full story.

Every move Scarlett made was monitered and directed by Spin Ali since Phoney told Bush 6 months before that Britian would go to war.

Phoney is involved in the cover up also.

He instructed most Labour members of the FA Committee, in face to face meetings last monday in the Commons, to bury the investigation.
