On 5th July, ExCeL are hosting a motivational seminar entitled "Unleash the Power". It's aim is for "dynamic action to change the quality of your life forever." Come and show real dynamic action to change the lives of people around the world forever!!

East London Against the Arms Fair have called for a musical protest starting at 3pm. Please bring acoustic instruments.

"Unleash the Power" is also open to members of the public....
