The following is a petition to ban Oil Tankers from using the Croatian Coast as a mode of transporting oil from Russia to the USA.If a spill occurs, it will devastate the Croatian Coast and it will probably never recover. These tankers exude massive amounts of pollution, which in turn would be equally devastating to this fragile and rare eco system...This would destroy the strongest industry the country has - TOURISM...Croatia is being offered $50 Million dollars for use of passage, but tourism brings the country in excess of $4 billion dollars annually...>Now you do the math.
