Government stabbing Northern Ireland in the back
Continuity RUC | 06.06.2003 17:52
How disgraceful for the government to be stabbing the law abiding and peaceful people in Northern Ireland in the back by removing vital regiments. This is nothing but a concession to Sinn Fein/IRA who are hellbent on outmanouvering the government and conning concessions out of them without offering anything tangible in return.
The Royal Irish Regiment Home Service Battalions have a long and distinguished history under their present and previous name - the Ulster Defence Regiment. They have worked closely over the years with their collegues in the RUC to ensure order and bolster the thin green line against anarchy and civil war. Ordinary law abiding people in Northern Ireland, Protestant and catholic have never had anything to fear from either the RIR or the RUC, but the terrorists have. That is why the government has been so treacherous against its own people, selling them out in the hope of concessions, when all capitulation and comprimise with terrorists will do is store up future problems.
The law abiding people, especially in the unionist community, in Northern Ireland have given away far too many concessions to Sinn Fein/IRA already. We are sick are tired of having our vital security services attacked and backstabbed by spineless politicians in New Labour. All this will do is bring closer the day when the IRA will have victory. They have never said their overall plans have changed, EVER. No wonder the terrorists are smiling but the unionists are angry.
It's time we stood up and said no, no to murderers and terrorist violence and yes to peace and tranquility.
SUPPORT THE RIR.

A small minority of Lower shankill women/roach families whose relatives who were loyal to Johnny Adair and coco, followed Gina and Coco when they fled to England, took the opportunity, provided by Alan's death, to try and shame the UDA into allowing their murdering roach gangsta relatives back to live in Belfast. PSNI and Ulster unionist Chris McGimpsey allowed and encouraged the women to block the lower shankill rd and traffic in order to highlight the plight of expelled 'C' company gangstas loyal to mad dog Johnny Adair. Caring respectable upstanding UUP man Chris McGimpsey took the side of the lower shankill roach families, and pleaded for the safe passage home to belfast of their loved ones. Chris McGimpsey wants us to stand by and welcome with open arms 'C'company murderers back on to the streets of Belfast. Maybe Chris would also like to campaign for the early release of his bosom buddy Johnny Adair too.

You post-up bollocks about the RUC and RIR being bad for protestant working class. Rubbish. Protestant working class need protection from IRA fenian terrorists. Class is irrelevant anyway, except to Communists. Class just gets in the way of our national identity and splits us, dividing us.
Your remarks about buggery are disgraceful. Buggery is a disgraceful act of gross indecency and should be condemned as an abomination and criminal act. The security institutions would never condone such behaviour.
Revd Dr. Ian Paisley is himself a member of Save Ulster from Sodomy, why would individuals who support this organisation be involved in such acts?
It is simply a smear against the brave honourable men defending Ulster from terror and murderous anarchy.

Buggery? Ian fucking Paisley?
Seriously, though, I have a mate that was in the UDR, and he is one of the finest people I know. And... he's a Catholic. If people stopped worrying about whether there's a Mary in the church, we'd all be better off.
It's a pity if they're getting rid of the RIR, but it's probably for deep seated New Labour cost-cutting reasons rather than ideology.
If I was in Northern Ireland now, I'd be clamouring to join the South, because after Blair has finished buggering Britain up, there will be nothing left to be a part of, let alone proud of.
