Chalabi instructed his main man in Baghdad [a colonel in the Iraqi army] who worked for MI6, to invent the 45 minute lie.

MI6 were aware of the fabrication and warned Phoney not to use it.

Phoney ignored them as he was desperate.

Now is pay back time.

Spin Ali is looking for a new job.

Word has it that Shell have been approached.
