update on Guy's condition

well, the good news is that, after speaking to his senior consultant yesterday, it's certain that guy should make a complete recovery from the horrific injury he sustained from being shot at point blank range by a concussion grenade. The bad news is that it's probably going to take a year of physiotherapy to get him fully fit again, but he's in much better spirits now ... he's having a skin graft operation on friday and will then be kept in hospital for a further week before being flown back to london. the campaign to get justice for the police oppression in geneva, lausanne and the imc has already started; we're planning a demonstration at the swiss embassy on friday evening, more details when it's confirmed. one more thing, guy's got another ten days in geneva and he doesn't speak french, so anyone in the geneva area who can visit him would be really appreciated ...
