the state council forbid all gathering in Geneva.

The Swiss state council and the prosecutor Daniel Zappelli took the desision that all gathering in Geneva is now forbiden. The government also advice the population to avoid gathering.
Geneva locals are also advice not to get involved with possible demonstration or gathering in order to facilitate the police job. "The situation now is no more in the scoop of demonstrations but rather pure riots" says the state council.
Furthermore the state council supported the police in its mission to avoid damage and arrest delinquents. In this mission, the police will above all make sure that the personal integrity is respected, including the troups.
