The murder of Rachel Corrie represents just one tragedy in the ongoing brutal, illegal occupation of the Palestinian Territories. Please show your support for an end to the Occupation and the beginning of justice and peace: Sign the Petition to STOP US MILITARY AID TO ISRAEL. Stop the global trade in arms!

If it wasn't for the arms trade the IDF couldn't do what it's doing. Sure it's the US which is arming Irael but without the big "defence" corporations those weapons wouldn't be sold or even made.

So sign the petition :-), but also...

Target the ARMS TRADE on Sept 9th and 10th outside (or even inside?!) Europe's biggest arms fair, the DSEi (destroying societies, environments and individuals).

Join this enormous international protest - which will also be the European focus for anti- World Trade Organisation dissent while the rich powerful nations bully the developing world into submission at the WTO's Cancun meeting.

Apparently Tues 9th sept is the fluffy day and Wed 10th is Direct Action day (whatever that means!). :-)

stop US aid

Also stop the billions of US aid that goes to the vicious dictatorships of Egypt and Jordan. And stop the aid going to corrupt Palestinian leaders and start getting it to their people instead of on weapons.
