Swiss embassies world wide were targeted by activists this week in order to maintain pressure on the Swiss authorities to comply with the Universal Declaration of Human rights. After actions against the G8 meeting in Evian where met with repression and brutality. Groups presented embassies with a letter outlining contraventions to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights— and demanded:
An immediate, open, transparent enquiry into the events surrounding the injuries of Guy Smallman and Martin Shaw.
The immediate suspension of the police persons and commanding officers responsible
Full compensation of all justifiable costs to those with long term injuries as a result of the actions by officers acting under Swiss control.
Early on Monday morning around 20 people, to the rhythms of the Samba band surrounded the Swiss embassy in Amsterdam.

London, where the pink and silver block brought colour and music, whilst a delegation entered the building and demanded an audience with the ambassador. Activists attempted to enter the consulate in Manchester— but were denied access by pre-warned security
