iSee

"iSee" is an on-line mapping tool which has been used
to plot the position of surveillance cameras, and then
to calculate and draw the "path of least surveillance".
Over the past two years, this system has been deployed
in New York and Amsterdam where it has been used by
countless individuals and groups who consider
themselves to be "at risk" from unwarranted
photographic intrusion. IAA

repurposed for other social and creative uses.
as an "open database", that could be a documentation of
peoples psychogeographic researches or other
urban/suburban observations.
as a research and visualisation tool for people looking
at specfic local issues.
as a way of organising / coordinating collective but
dispersed actions (via. pda's)
