Blair=war criminal?

In the wake of the murderous and cowardly attack on the people of Iraq, it now seems very clear that (unless crudely planted), no one is going to find any enormous caches of WMDs!
The fact that the UK/US knew full well there were no WMDs before hostilities commenced, was pretty clear when you consider the fact that UN weapons inspectors were not given more time to confirm the lack of WMDs, which obviously would have frustrated plans for was somewhat.
The UK supposedly falls within the jurisdiction of the ICC.............this being the case is there any reason whatsoever that Blair and his coterie, should not be charged and convicted of war crimes? If they are able to get away with this one, then it seems they have full autonomy to do exactly as they please, anywhere in the world at any time!
