The senior Labour MP Tam Dalyell claims that Blairs government is under the control of a group of jewish politicians.

The senior Labour MP Tam Dalyell claims that Blairs government is under the control of a group of jewish politicians who influence Britains foreign policy in favour of Israel.
If there is any truth in this then it is an extremely serious allegation as Dalyell is saying in effect that the British government is dominated by a group of people whose first loyalty may be to another country.
I don’t know if he is correct in what he claims although it is an indisputable fact that jews are well represented in important positions within the government and the Labour party. Off the top of my head I can think of several in prominent and influential posts including :
Lord Levy (Labour party chief fundraiser, Middle-East Envoy, and close friend and ‘advisor’ to Blair)
Jack Straw (Foreign Secretary)
Peter Mandelson (Blairs friend and main ‘advisor’)
Baroness Amos (Minister for Africa)
David Triesmann (Labour Party General Secretary)
Lord Sainsbury (Health Minister and bankroller of the party)
Louise Ellman MP (Labour Friends of Israel)
There are also powerful jews in the media who support Blairs government including Rupert Murdoch (owner of BskyB, the Sun, News of the World, The Times etc) and Richard Desmond (owner of the Express, Star, and various porn mags) This list is endless particularly if you include all the jewish journalists such as Nick Cohen and David Aaronovitch of the Observer, Matthew Engel, Michael White, and Jonathan Freedland of the Guardian, Barbara Amiel (also the owners wife) of the Telegraph, etc etc.
(The Conservative Party is also not without jews in prominent positions including Michael Howard and Oliver Letwin to name but two.)
Tam Dalyell claims that these influential jews are in Britain working away on behalf of Israel and it is clear that most if not all jews in powerful political and media positions in Britain were strongly in favour of the invasion of Iraq, a war which has left Israel greatly strengthened in the region. I am not sure that all this proves that the British government is under the control of jews whose first loyalty is to Israel but there does seem to be substantial evidence to support Dalyells worrying allegations and perhaps this is an issue worthy of further investigation. Of course just by mentioning any of this is to get yourself accused of anti-Semitism which is ludicrous and should not stop any debate on this subject.
