We know now the American military hyper-power does not constitutes only a threat but a veritable strike force that respects neither international law nor the United Nations.



We also know now the American military hyper-power strikes wherever it pleases ; therefore it is essentially vital and urgent to establish another force, in the name of a certain idea of democracy, able not only to face up to and slow the American will to power, but indeed to stop it, if only in the long term.



It would be foolish and contrary to our ethics to imagine an armed force.



This has nothing to do with armed force as commonly understood in the twentieth century.



It has to with another kind of force, one that is armed with the intimate conviction that solidarity is the one and only solution to guarantee the continuance of life indeed the survival of mankind.



Freedom is the condition sine qua non, Fraternity the means.



We have already seen that by adding 1+1+1+1, we can come together in millions in a common momemtum if we really want to and let it be know in the name of another possible world, our refusal of a world where physical force is law !



In fact, faced with the American hyper-power we don't need to constitute another force. It already exists and its name is World Opinion.



Perhaps it isn't fully aware that it constitutes not only a theoretical force ; indeed utopian, as the hyper-power would have us believe which has faith only in the rule of force.



We now know, as well, that World Opinion does not merely constitute a theoretical force. On 15 February the Second Super Power was born. Let it be known so we can organise active planetary resistance.



To conscience Citizens ! In the name of Freedom, Solidarity and Fraternity let us build another world, one of equal rights and duties and justice for one and all. To conscience Citizens !
