The Fifth Annual International
CANNABIS MARCH & FESTIVAL and the huge related event in the UK ....the annual march and festival goes largely unreported.
A well attended march from the Kennington park, Oval to the festival site, Brockwell park, Brixton started off another successful festival.
CANNABIS MARCH & FESTIVAL and the huge related event in the UK ....the annual march and festival goes largely unreported.
A well attended march from the Kennington park, Oval to the festival site, Brockwell park, Brixton started off another successful festival.
The current global situation, the 'well prooven' stupidity of the corporates driven law that prohibited the cultivation of a very useful family of plants added with the heavy spy state police presence at the festival once again prooved that there are sensible people in this country and that they do gather occasionally.
The minimal coverage given to this global event and its success locally is to be condemned.
Atleast the main stage of the festival was powered by hemp based fuel.
Any pictures, links and other resources ...?

Marching as to score...
04.05.2003 13:21
Through hashish burns, in shiny shirts
The daylight slips like shiny stars
The first one of the dat kicks in
And then the chiming of guitars
Since the stuff is that much stronger
Letters take a little longer
Writers have to wait for wonga
While the postman does the conga
England's stoned, its builders stoned
It's steel-fixers and erectors.
Lawyers,doctors, nurses , cops
Environmental health inspectors.
Ripped-to-tits, and blitzed, a nation
Unrepentant, toking more
Look, the world's not ended has it?
No, it's marching as to score.
But the law's the law's the law
Trunching daily at the door
Wasting manpower, time and money
Busted for? A bit of draw
Grey Westminster pinstripe monkeys
Cobwebs draped on dead polemic
Totter on the dusty drawbridge
When they tumbles academic
Shuffling come a million marchers
Babbling all together now
"What do we want? - Phhtt. Ahhh.
When do we wannit? -Wow"
