Can someone tell me what a section 12 actually is?

i was illegally attacked by the police for nothing more than holding a flag which i found on the floor. i was hit from behind and then thrown into the police cordon suffering injuries to me knee , eye , arm and back.

i had a black shirt with the words "this machine kills apathy" on the front , combat trousers , a peaked cap and small sunglasses , also carrying a small green backpack. if anyone has pictures of the police attacking me could they contact me or post the photo's somewhere please. i have the numbers and photographs of three of the officers involved but did not get a chance to see the original ones who attacked me from behind.
