There is to be a planning meeting for Glasgow May Day 2003 this Thursday 17th April, at the Kinning Park Complex, 40 Cornwall Street, Glasgow G41 1AH.

The meeting will be in the small gym, and is booked from 7pm - 9pm.

At the moment, it appears that on May 1st people are planning to meet at noon at Buchanan St underground, as usual. I have also heard tell of plans to end up at Glasgow Green. There is a website under construction at: www.liveinthemoment.org for more details of May Day plans.

Please pass this message on to all who may be interested. If you are unable to attend, suggestions for May Day, possible direct actions etc, can be proposed if you let us know before Thursday evening. No doubt this year will have a strong anti-war flavour, but I would say that on international workers day we can and should be making wider connections between war and the oppression of workers everywhere.
