Perle, a prominent American hawk and architect of the Iraq war, has close ties with both the Bush Administration and the far-right imperialist "Project for a New American Century". He has resigned as Chair of the Defense Policy Board that advises Don Rumsfeld, but remains on that board.

industrial park security decided not even let protestors enter the area. It was, however, for the best, as we were essentially on the main road and much more visible.
