Contact the United Nations, ask for charges of war crimes and crimes
against humanity. Here is a sample to start:

I,______, am a citizen of ___________ and need your help. The
governments of the United States and United Kingdom have waged war in
Iraq without United Nations sanction and in defiance of international
law. Many civilians and soldiers have been killed in this war. To let
this go unpunished would severely weaken the UN in the eyes of the
world as it will be seen as a puppet of the US and UK. It would also be
equivalent to the appeasement of Hitler's invasion of Austria before
World War II. For the security and well being of this and future
generations, I implore you to bring charges of war crimes and crimes
against humanity upon the leaders of the United States and Great
Britain in the International Criminal Court.
