Irate man arrested in what is believed to be first arrest by new PCSO (support/scab) staff, (note I refuse to call them keystone kops, piglet is a more appropiate name).

The man spray painted 'Crisis loan denied why' (sic) on the side of the building on Thursday. He was detained by piglets, who held him until proper cops arrived to arrest him, they made him promise to say sorry- it is not clear in the article why being poor can be offensive.

The PCSO involved, a former Hong Kong piggie called Victor Lo, 41, was just issued a stab-proof vest the week before. He carried a gun in his seven years hogging in Hong Kong, but unfortunately such toys are not available here, he oinked, before returning to his swill.
