THE CLEAR REASON IS THE ANTI-WAR GIANT DEMONSTRATION IN ATHENS.
Yesterday took place giant anti-war demonstration and was also a strike against the policy of the Greek government.
The reason is that with the excuse of Olympic Games 2004 in Greece we face a enviromental catastrophy, economy catastrophe, politismic catastrophy and democratic values catastrophy.
The Greek media tryied to disgrade the demonstration. The IMC Greece is crashed off propably because is the only true independed media in Greece.
Today's propaganda is
we should not demonstrate because this impacts badly to the Greek economy.
The responsibles for economy's situation is not the demonstrators but the Greek government itself.
Yesterday six people were killed in a small medium factory in a small town in Greece Korinthos from an explosion.
They were killed because the owners they didnt take the right and legal protection for the people.
It is a really small factory with only 24 employees.
The greek government doesnt care, the same accidents are happening every day in the public construstions for the olympic games. The greek gavernment doesnt punish the contructors and the owners of the factories that they dont take the right measurements of safety for the protection.
The greek government let the people to work without safety and without of health insurance illegaly.
The same moment a greek research company did a research about the impact of the greek government and the profile of the prime minister Simitis.
And then suddenly the IMC of Greece (Athens-Thessaloniki) was crashed "accidentally"

Now they close INDYMEDIA GREECE.
A research was held before the closing of the radio channels and according those results they took the licenses.
The only INDY AROUND THE WORLD THAT "CRASHED", IS STRONG EVIDENCE ABOUT THE "DEMOCRATIC" SITUATION OF OUR COUNTRY.

Informations about demonstrations shall be put here to be informed. Tommorrow we have to surround the bases and also there is ECOFIN meeting in Athens because they want to scare ministers of economy of EU that Kriti island is not a safe place.
Propably Simitis wants to pass laws against democratic right of the demonstration and protest.
We have to remember that, the government programmed and organized at the beginning the anti-war demonstrations with propaganda about peacefull policy.
Now he will sale the movement for dollars and projects for his friends in Iraq and he will improve to his boss how well he can control Greek idiot citizens.
But the demonstrations turn to antigovernment as they should be at this period and the boomerang came right to his head. And now we don't have INDY.

Second we listened that the members of the government were deeply depressed last night.
Third we listened the second part of research about demonstration in June in Thessaloniki.
Fourth we keep our eyes and our ears open.
Fifth the shutdown of the radio channels after research IS A FACT.
They are clever but not enough any more. We are well teached by their antidemocratic chip tricks.
We don't react at the beginning because we could not believe that they can be so chip but now enough is enough.
They will find out whom is the most clever.
They, or the Greek citizens that are suffering by the private policy of this gang.
We propose to Greek IMC team to write down the right number and the e-mail of the technician and maybe we solve the problem.

Every sunday usually they have meeting at "aftonomo steki"
in Exarchia. Does anybody knows the time.
I believe that they will not be there tomorrow...
But we have the technical knowledge and the wiil to ask for INDYMEDIA North Greece.
This moment if you try to enter in athens.indymedia it says
"access not permit", this means that someone locked it, someone who has the codes and passwords.
Because everybody I think we have good intensions and the times are malicious(poniri) we have to find another place for meetings, and we have to clear from all those that are well known and usually nothing do , except to hang up the people and the movements 50 years now...
