Tried to log on to the English version of Al-Jezeera, only to find my IP adress blocked - WTF?!!!

I have tried to access the english.aljazeera.net website, for the English version of Al-Jazeera, only to find a "you are not authorised to view this page" error, telling me that my IP adress is blocked! I am trying to access it from the halls of residence network at Keele Univeristy, could it be that they, or the goverment, have decided to censor this so we don't know the truth.
