Pro - zionist arms dealer to be Iraq's new overlord

The smouldering craters of liberated Iraq are to be ruled by a US colonial overlord with close ties to the Washington chickenhawks, and Ariel Sharon. He is also a major weapons proliferator.
Retired US General Jay Garner will be appointed ruler of Iraq, if and when Saddam Hussein's regime is overthrown.
He is president of SY Coleman, a missile systems contractor.
SY was bought by another company, L-3 Communications, last year. L-3 is the ninth-largest contributor to US political parties in the defence electronics sector. Last week it was awarded a $1.5bn contract to provide logistics services to US special operations forces. It also provides missile technology to nuclear armed Israel, despite it's world record for broken UN resolutions.
Garner's links with Israel are not limited to missile programmes. In October 2000 he put his name to a statement that said that 'Israel had exercised remarkable restraint in the face of lethal violence orchestrated by the leadership of a Palestinian Authority'.
The organisation behind the statement was the extremist Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs, which includes Cheney and Richard Perle, another arch-hawk, among its advisers past and present.

So the pro-slaughter cheerleaders were right. It's not about oil.
It's about oil and supporting the criminal regime of war criminal Ariel Sharon.
That'll help stabilise the Middle East, won't it?

'Israel's Friend to Govern Iraq'
Garnering Support
by Alex Sholem - Mar 28
Senior American Jewish leaders have welcomed the announcement that the staunchly pro-Israel Lieutenant General Jay Garner has been appointed by the White House as the man who will oversee the reconstruction of post war Iraq.
This week, it was revealed that the 64-year-old, who retired from the military last year, was despatched to Kuwait by the Bush administration just before the outbreak of hostilities.
The three-star general will head up the newly created Office of Reconstruction and Humanitarian Assistance The role will see him attempt to restore order to the war ravaged country and supervising the distribution of civilian aid.
In 1998, Garner participated in a trip to Israel sponsored by the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs. Two years late, he was one of 26 senior military personnel who put their names to a letter drawn up by JINSA just after the start of the intifada.
Entitled Friends Don’t Leave Friends On The Battlefield, the statement praised Israel’s “remarkable restraint in the face of lethal violence orchestrated by the leadership of the Palestinian Authority.”
The letter made it quite clear who the signatories felt were to blame for the cycle of violence. It stated: “We are appalled by the Palestinian political and military leadership that teaches children the mechanics of war while filling their heads with hate.
"We are appalled by Palestinian police and military commanders who place armed adults amid civilian rioters, betting their children's lives on the capabilities and restraint of the IDF and then callously using the inevitable casualties as grist for their propaganda mill.
“The behavior of those Palestinians, who use civilians as soldiers in a war, is a perversion of military ethics.”
The statement also underlined the signatories belief that the Jewish state had to be backed to the hilt. The security of Israel, it asserted, “is a matter of great importance to US policy in the middle east and eastern Mediterranean, as well as around the world. A strong Israel is an asset that American military planners and political leaders can rely on.”
Garner, who served in the military for 38 years, is no stranger to the Gulf and is particularly qualified to deal with the post war humanitarian effort. Twelve years ago, in the wake of the last conflict, he was one of the leaders of Operation Provide Comfort, which delivered aid and shelter to the liberated Kurds in northern Iraq.
But given his overtly pro-Israel stance, Garner’s appointment has inevitably been the focus of criticism among political pundits. Syrian military analyst Nabeel Ghanyoum claimed: “What is the one reason that was not discussed in the American media for this war? Israel, of course. Now the truth comes out. This is about securing Israel by eradicating Iraq and securing the oil wealth to that purpose.”
But Michael Hoenlein, executive vice chairman of America’s conference of presidents of major Jewish organisations, defended the appointment. He told TJ that although Garner had “expressed understanding for Israel,” it was his long list of achievements that had won him the post.
Hoenlin said: “He is a very capable man who has rendered remarkable service for his country and is widely respected for his personal qualities. He is a man who has proven himself, and will no doubt prove highly capable in his role as interim administrator in Iraq.”
JINSA, meanwhile, denied that the lieutenant general had any official ties with their lobby group. But a spokesperson for the organisation told LJN: “I think Jay Garner is an outstanding American military officer and I believe his tenure in Iraq will be highly successful.

EVEN HERE IN THE US, DO A SEARCH ON "KENT STATE MASSACRE". THEY'VE ONLY BEEN PERFECTING THEIR CRAFT SINCE THEN, AS IF THE ASSASSINATION OF PRESIDENT KENNEDY 40 YEARS AGO (R.I.P.)WASN'T PERFECTION ENOUGH. THE END OF THE INNOCENCE. THE END OF GOVERNMENT BY THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. AND ONWARD TO AMERIKA. MY GOD! IMAGES OF STAR WARS COME TO MIND WHEN I THINK OF THE WORLD'S GOINGS ON!
WILL IT ALL MATTER IN THE END? MANKIND IS A SWARM OF FLEAS UPON THE BEAUTIFUL EARTH GOD CREATED.
