War Crime Status of troops and every one of us

I hope the censors of Indy will keep their hands of the Editorial Admin button while I post this for once
Yes the troops are guilty - and us

Consider this
 http://ellisctaylor.homestead.com/amwarcriminals.html

Exactly - the Nuremburg tribunals were very clear that each
individual was accountable for his/her actions, and following orders
is no mitigation. Each individual out there in Iraq is guilty of the
commission of an illegal war, and therefore guilty of a war crime.
They are certainly legally liable to refuse orders, and I guess it's
a very hard choice to make, legally able to turn their munitions on
their senior commanding officers if under threat for refusing orders
and halting commission of a crime - if that is the minimum force
required to stop the crime, especially if it involves physical harm
including injury and death to civilians. I'll allow exceptions for
stupid fucked up kids barely turned 18. The rest are fully culpable
those of us in the invading
countries, if we perceive a crime being committed, should take all
measures possible with regard to our personal safety to stop that
crime being committed. So I'm all over the internet, and attend as
many demonstrations as I've got time for, including a beautiful
presentation at the major US NSA spy base at Menwith Hill in the
North Yorkshire area of Outstanding National Beauty of Nidderdale,
( http://www.uk.indymedia.org/front.php3?article_id=59136&group=webcast)
responsible for the targetting of missiles and God knows what else in
Iraq, the building of the star wars space empire (I believe the
Australian Pine Gap base plays a part in this), and the Echelon
surveillance feeding back to the Information Awareness Office
(Crowleyite IAO ritual) whose original logo of the illuminati pyramid
symbol with the EYE putting out a beam encompassing the globe was
taken down after a week or two as being a little too in your face.
By the way, the Foil the base demo arose from the actions of a lady from the
illegal women's peace camp that meets outside Menwith on the 3rd
weekend of every month, who broke in to the base and used a metallic
paint to sloganise a radome (golf ball) with the message 'Stop Star
Wars' The dumbass intelligence spooks said that this was interfering
with the operation of their satellite interceptions, and that the
whole radome would have to be demolished and rebuilt to the cost of
the lady involved of some £20000 odd . Until somebody pointed out
that a contractor could be brought in to clean off the paint at a
cost of around £400. Hence foil the base.
To get back to the original point, I suppose that I, as an informed
person, aware of crimes being committed, and aware of the complicity
of Blair, Geoff Hoon and Jack Straw, should really try to effect a
citizens arrest of these individuals.
But then I might be beat up by cops and slung in jail
Phew, - issues of personal safety prevail
