Police chasing thousands of anti-war protesters round the streets of Glasgow. Riot cops being called (though not deployed). Some arrests and many more beatings being carried out by the polis. Police boxing in a peaceful protest. Protesters breaking through massive police lines to even *reach* said protest...
... and a distinct lack of any of this on the Scottish TV news. Not much Scottish TV news at all, in fact.

People were forced to pee in the street, even young children were not let out.
CND member hit over the head by riding crop on horseback
police panicked and made people sit down for some hours.
Police horses running round in a reckless way.
