People were appalled by the Police brutality, especially with the
tiny number of tiny young protestors.

democracy is dead

why didnt they ask for the commanding officer there to explain the fascist behaviour of the police?? Why do we let these PIGS getaway with this stuff? Britain is becoming a really scary place to live. Our government bombs who the hell it likes using our tax money against our will and against international law, our "secret services" are rounding up immigrants accusing them of being terrorists, police are strangling child protestors and beating up elderly women, our media is completely pro-war, our government surrounds our airports with tanks to scare us and yet we still think this is a democracy?

To George

George, you really must be thicker than pigshit if you believe what you just wrote. Now let me guess: you're a fifteen year-old who is rebelling against society and acting like a vibrant young activist in order to shag girls. Thought so.

remain calm

If anything, the police have been calm and unhostile.

The incidents where they have used force have only been in direct frontation with people throwing bottles or rushing them.

If you want to see brutality... see how the US and Italian police behave.

If anything we should be congratulating our police.

Sunshine! Over here we do things behind closed doors.

Ever 'eard of people been thumped to death in custody???

There has been plenty of cases.

They are predominantly blacks and Irish victims - maybe thats why you didn't notice.

And you will be the first to congratulate them for that, wouldn't you??? "If anything..."
