This afternoon in Keele Univeristy, a rally was held on the campus, where many students attended, and featured sepakers, which included people in the local Stop the War Coalition, the main activist group at Keele, and ordinary students as well. Many people there were very emotional, and several broke down in tears. Even I was emotional after I spoke of how tragic the events of 9/11 were, which started this bloody war in the first place, but it was equally tragic that millions of people worldwide had been killed as a result of American foregin policy in the past seven decades.
