yeah, shocking atrocities and when saddam was committing them he was being armed and supported by US & UK governments. saddam and all western politicians who are complicit in his crimes should be tried for crimes against humanity

there have been studies done which show direct links between the amount of military aid which is given by US and human rights abuses. the main recipients of military aid will become the no 1. human rights abusers of the region.

happened with el salvador & iraq and more recently, indonesia, columbia and turkey. before western governments go slaughtering thousands of people to uphold human rights, maybe they should stop participating in massive atrocities themselves.
